The following is a synopsis of the benefits available to eligible full-time employees of SGC Engineering, LLC:

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Full-time employees are eligible for the following:

• Vacation

• Holidays

• Sick Time

• Personal Time

Health Insurance

• United Healthcare

• SGC presently pays 80% of the employee coverage premium, and 40% of any dependant coverage premium.

• Employee portion of premium is deducted from pay on a pre-tax basis.

• Employee is eligible 1st day of month following date of hire.

Healthcare, Dental, Vision Reimbursement Accounts / Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

SGC currently contributes money towards healthcare, dental and vision reimbursement for the employee and dependents, if applicable.
Employee may elect to contribute additional funds to a FSA on a pre-tax basis.
Employee is eligible 1st day of month following date of hire.

Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability

SGC currently provides employees with life insurance of one times their annual salary.
Employee is eligible for company-provided life insurance 1st day of month following date of hire.
Benefit is currently provided through Jefferson Pilot.
Employees can also purchase additional life insurance, as well long-term disability coverage. Additional information regarding this coverage is available upon request.

401(k) Retirement Plan

The Hartford
SGC typically contributes a safe harbor contribution equal to 3% of compensation and may also make additional discretionary profit sharing contributions on your behalf.
Employee contributions not required to receive the company's safe harbor contribution.
Employee is eligible on the first day of employment and is 100% vested day one.
